Sunny Leone often goes to the Maldives to vacation
On the latest episode of Sit With Hitlist, actress Sunny Leone delved into her teenage entrepreneurial ventures and offered a glimpse into her financial choices, including her surprising aversion to private jets. When asked about her early entrepreneurial endeavors, Sunny candidly shared, "I started when I was little, I used to sell lemonade down the street. I mean really little I am talking about 7, 8, 9 years old."
Her determination to be financially independent, even as a teenager, was evident when she revealed, "So, it's very true to shoveling snow in the winter time. I was the annoying kid that went door to door in the block trying to sell something." Her enterprising spirit only grew as she stepped into the adult entertainment industry, mastering skills such as HTML, video editing, and photo editing, and even building her own website and affiliate program. "I knew at a young age at 15 or 16, I wanted to own my business. At that age, I didn't know what it would be. So, everything just evolved into what it was," she reflected.
Moving on to discuss her financial indulgences, she was asked what she does with her money. Do you have any particular luxuries, guilty pleasures, do you want a private island? Sunny responded with a touch of humor, "I tell Daniel (her husband) to buy me an island in the Maldives where we always vacation. That would be nice."

However, when the conversation veered towards private jets, Sunny's response was surprising, "No, I don't even think I would even want one." She recounted a harrowing incident during a private plane ride to Latur, where they encountered a frightening air pocket. Recalling the unnerving flight, she said, "We were in this plane and then we go to this air pocket, and then from that moment forward we said we are not going to go on a private plane again because that was really scary."
This experience made her realize that private jets might not be as glamorous as they seem. She humorously revealed, "Everybody thinks a private plane is so amazing. Let me just break it down to you, the things you see online half of this is probably fake. In Los Angeles, you can go rent a tiny little studio that has the big private plane seat and the window, and you can sit there with your champagne and take your photo. That is what most people are doing. I hate to break it to you."
Despite the tempting allure of private jets, Sunny remains firm in her decision, declaring, "I will never buy a jet. I don't even want to reserve a seat like time shares, I am not interested. I want to fly on a normal commercial plane. If I have to sit in the back row, I have to sit in the back row. I don't care, just not private."
