It's always wonderful to catch up with old friends, especially while you're travelling. Needless to say that actress Anjorie Alagh had a blast catching up with her friends in the US in April.
Having graduated from an American university, Anjorie loves the States, but this was her first time in Los Angeles. She recounts the trip to CS:
Clear winner
I had been to New York earlier and so this time I decided to check out the famous city of Los Angeles. But let me tell you that though I liked New York and Los Angeles (LA), San Francisco still remains my favourite city.

Even simple things like walking around Central Park in New York, watching people perform and sing, made for some great entertainment.

I simply loved gorging on yummy barbeque delicacies by the beach in LA. If you are lucky, you'll see dolphins playing in the water!
LA has lots of great restaurants bustling with life. I saw Tom Arnold (actor) at one of the restaurants. Entourage is one of my favorite TV shows, so I made it a point to go see some of the regular spots they shoot at.
Fed up!
I love the American's way of making Chinese food. Since the time I left the States, I'd been missing it terribly and so I just went crazy over the food.
This time I ate a lot of Sushi and for the first time, I tried Persian food too. I also had a variety of salads along with steak. If you ever go to the US, you have to try their Italian food, it's just outstanding.
City tour
Being in Los Angeles was very relaxing. I loved lolling around at the beaches there. And I made sure that I visited the famous Getty Museum, which has an exhibit of Leonardo Da Vinci's sketches.

I also shopped for my summer clothes, a few dresses, shoes, and lots of shorts. I bought some accessories and small decorative items for my house. I can't wait to make another trip to LA.
