At the trailer launch, when Salman was asked about his experience for shooting the film, he said, "I had to fight with real wrestlers and these people are not our film industry stunts men who give us the leap when we need to pick them up. These wrestlers expected me to lift them. It was difficult."

Salman also revealed that Ali kept on requesting for retakes, which made it even more difficult for him to shoot the film. "The director used to come to me and say, "sir ek aur shot". He would say sir the DOP wants another take or it could have been even better. It was a tiresome experience."
