Deepika Padukone is a busy girl nowadays, shooting for Shakun Batra’s next. Deepika was clicked with her co-star Siddhant Chaturvedi at the Gateway of India. However, before resuming shooting, the actress spent some valuable time with husband Ranveer Singh at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai. (All pictures: Yogen Shah).
The couple was seen spending time together. Seems, they enjoyed a good lunch date. For the outing, Deepika opted for a white tank top with black tights and sneakers, while Ranveer was dressed in a printed tracksuit and white sunglasses.
Later, Deepika was seen on a boat with Siddhant. While Batra has been tight-lipped about the film, choosing to only describe it as a "domestic noir" offering, the source says the story revolves around two young couples. "The movie studies the relationship dynamics between four friends who go on a road trip."
Apart from Deepika, the film also stars Ishaan Khatter, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday. Produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, the Shakun Batra film is slated to release on Valentine's Day week next year. This will be the first time Deepika and Ananya will share screen space.
Bhumi Pednekar was snapped in Bandra. Bhumi will be seen in Durgamati. She plays Chanchal Chauhan, who is in prison and who's taken to a sprawling mansion called Durgamati Haveli. Mahie Gill is an investigating officer and Arshad Warsi is a powerful politician who cannot be touched. There's a mysterious woman called Durgamati who's spirit enters into the body of Chanchal.
Pooja Hegde was snapped taking blessings on the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti at a Gurudwara in Santacruz.
Kartik Aaryan was snapped in Juhu. The actor opted for a white t-shirt and green pants for the outing.
