Sangeeta Bijlani has been spending time at her farmhouse and been keeping her Insta family updated on her day to day life. She shared this sun-kissed photo of her and wrote an inspirational post along with it. She wrote, "Morning my Insta Souls. We have unlimited strength embedded in our DNA. However difficult these times may be for many throughout the world, just keep reminding yourself and everyone around you that this Global event is teaching us all to derive strength from within. We will all come out stronger. Rest and Recovery and Hygiene are very essential parts of these times and this is a wake up call for all to make Health your first priority. Remember the healthier your body, the stronger the connection to your soul. Everyone should try and sit in Meditation. Trust me as I say this out of experience that it has immense power to heal yourself and the world. Stay Healthy Stay Calm. Love to all [sic]."

Sangeeta Bijlani has also been praying for everyone's wellbeing. As I sat under our bougainvillea tree and a strong wind blew..... I hope my prayers are answered and the wind takes away the virus with it. Heal the world ....... #sangeetabijlani #jantacurfew #indiacomestogether #salutecoronawarriors #applaudourdoctorsandnurses #coronavirus2020 #gocorona #covid2019 [sic]," she wrote along side this posts.

Sangeeta also shared videos of her plucking Chickoos from her farms and wrote, "Some fresh Chickoos from our farmhouse ......... Organic way of life. Though it’s difficult in cities, I think we should all try in our own little way to start growing our vegetables and fruits as we all need to consume foods that are not processed and free from harmful chemicals. Today this is what is required to protect our environment and Mother Earth. Let us all do our best to live a healthy lifestyle. #sangeetabijlani #organicfarming #saynotoprocessedfood #eathealthy #protectyourenvironment #protectmotherearth #liveahealthylife [sic]."

Sangeeta shared a sun-kissed video of her with the wind in her hair and wrote the lyrics of song Hawayein from Jab Harry Met Sejal, which starred Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma. She has also been taken up drawing, she had shared a post of her trying a self-portrait. She mentioned that though it's still work in progress, but this is how she sees herself - 'serene calm and in meditation.'

She has been sharing a lot of inspirational and complex posts, while on lockdown. She shared a lengthy post on how we can seek the truth that lies inside us and its all about inner-balance. Sangeeta wrote, "The Planet Earth is looking for Balance. Realise the severity of these times that we are all living in. Each one of us is being tested on this planet as things are unfolding. We are being conditioned to believe that all we ever need to know can only be found in these electronic boxes and media. No doubt everyone needs information to survive on this planet but that does not mean that you should blindly believe and follow everything that you’re being fed. The authorities and powers to be ...... their reports can sometimes be the truth and often half-truths and deceptive to the world. This can create fear, chaos, mental confusion and fatigue to all the people, and becomes a way for them to Rule and Control your life. Remember that Fear is the key to Control. You begin to feel helpless and hopeless and surrender to whatever their ways are. The Powers to be and the media has been programming you for decades and captured your imagination so deeply that you have begun to think and feel that this is the only reality. You have blocked your own thought process. Don’t block the desire to know yourself on a deeper level to find the truth and the answers. Do not shut your creative drive to manifest your own reality of what is. Thought forms are vibrational blue prints that hold instructions for manifesting reality. You need to realise that you are incredibly whole beings and have an inner power which you are unaware of. Raise your vibrational frequency by creating an Inner balance which will automatically create outer balance in the world and necessary in these difficult times. All the answers lie within you. Tap that inner power, go deep within by meditating and allow yourself to blossom and come into this completeness to create a Better World. [sic]"

Sangeeta Bijlani has also been appreciating nature and how everyone staying indoors has let earth breath and recover. She shared this scenic view from her farmhouse and wrote, "Realise that we aren't as Significant or in Control as we all think we are. We are all doing what the Universe wants us to do. Staying Home and allowing the Earth to breathe and recover from all the pollution and damage done. Spread love, spread kindness and positivity. Slow down and finally hear yourself and the sounds of the Earth. When you quieten yourself you will hear the Universe speaking to you. #stayhome #slowdown #watchthesunsetting #listentotheuniversespeak #allowtheearthtoheal #gocorona #spreadloveandpositivity [sic]."

Sangeeta Bijlani shared this photo of her meditating and how advised people to go strive for inner peace in these troubling times. "Wanna go out people??? No wayyyy !!! Go inwards instead ! It's time everyone did that. Devote some time daily and learn how to unlock your potential. Once you meditate daily you will discover that within you is an untapped potential which is far more powerful than you can possibly imagine. So start my beautiful souls and explore the magic within. [sic]"

Sangeeta Bijlani also wished everyone on Ramadan and wrote, "Ramadaan Mubarak. Welcoming the Holy month of Ramadaan with a heart that is filled with Peace Harmony and Joy. A period of sombre spiritual reflection, fasting and increased charity for Muslims all over the world. May the Almighty bless all beings with Peace Love and Grace and may this period brighten everyone’s path towards enlightenment. [sic]"
