Earlier this year, Sonam announced her pregnancy on Instagram as she wrote: "Four hands. To raise you the very best we can. Two hearts. That will beat in unison with yours, every step of the way. One family. Who will shower you with love and support. We can't wait to welcome you."

Sonam has been dropping pictures from her maternity shoot and the results are marvellous. From kaftans to silk drapes to casual bright dresses, Sonam has been keeping up with her title of a fashion diva even during her pregnancy

Meanwhile, Sonam, who had a baby shower in London a couple of weeks back was supposed to have a baby shower in Mumbai as well. However, it seems like the Kapoor clan decided on not going ahead with it at the last moment. It is being said that owing to the rising COVID-19 cases, they did not want to take any risk with Sonam and the baby's health

Even though the grand shower remains cancelled, the Kapoors might have a low key shower at Anil Kapoor's residence

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sonam will be next seen in her upcoming film 'Blind' directed by Shome Makhija, starring Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak and Lillete Dubey in prominent roles. The film is expected to release later this year
