Deepika Padukone is currently gearing up for her upcoming film, Chhapaak, based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. The film, which will hit theatres in 2020, has been directed by Meghna Gulzar.

Ranbir Kapoor was casual in a classic white t-shirt and blue jeans combination. The Barfi actor will next be seen in the three-part sci-fi fantasy film, Brahmastra.

Brahmastra also stars Ranbir's alleged beau Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy in lead roles. The film is being directed by Ayan Mukerji.

mid-day has learnt that Ranbir Kapoor will be seen playing a DJ in the film. A source revealed, "Ranbir plays a DJ who walks out of his house against his father's wishes. The story then traces his journey as he tries to fulfil his dreams and discovers his superpowers in the process."
