The makers of 'Shiddat,' featuring Mohit Raina, Radhika Madan and Sunny Kaushal along with Diana, which is directed by Kunal Deshmukh of Jannat fame on a script by Shridhar Raghavan and Dheeraj Rattan, hosted a special screening in the city. Sara Ali Khan was snapped posing for the paps as she attended the special show.

The film, produced by Dinesh Vijan, will reportedly have two parallel tracks, focusing on the journey of two couples. While Radhika stars opposite Sunny, Diana pairs up with Mohit. Talking about her next film. Diana told IANS: "Shiddat is a beautiful story of love and the strong bonds between people. It is pure and intense and also very relatable. I am usually not a love story kind of person, but when I heard the script, it moved me a lot."

Radhika Madan too has dedicated herself to the craft of acting and is going all out with her character for her upcoming film Shiddat. The film presented by Dinesh Vijan required the actress' character to swim. However, Radhika doesn't know how to swim. Not the one to fret over obstacles, she was quick to enrol herself for swimming lessons.

"Swimming is an integral part of the project, especially for my character and I have never learnt swimming professionally. I just knew how to float and nothing of the correct technique," shared Radhika in a media interaction earlier.

For the uninitiated, the film will be shot across Punjab, Paris and London. 

Speaking about his film, Dinesh Vijan was quoted saying., "'Shiddat' is a not only a story about love but the distance one travels for it. The passion that overcomes... Maybe all senses or logic to do things that you wouldn't usually imagine, the belief in something with all your heart and the drive to achieve it- that's 'Shiddat'."
