Lakme Fashion Week 2026: Celebrity showstoppers who lit up the runway

The much-awaited Lakme Fashion Week 2026, with the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) concluded on March 22, after three days of fashion and glampour. The event kicked off on March 19 and was held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. The fashion event saw many Bollywood celebs steal the spotlight as they turned showstoppers for renowned labels and designers.

Aditi Rao Hydari also made her debut as the Co-Creative Director for a collection with Satya Paul. The collection reportedly featured fluid drapes and contemporary silhouettes inspired by her own creative vision. 

Khusi Kapoor grabbed eyeballs in a Aisha Rao gold and silver lehenga sans dupatta. It featured heavy thread and sequin embroidery, with a sleeveless blouse that had a sweetheart neckline. 

Disha Patani's avant-garde black lehenga from Amit Aggarwal was stunning. It features a one-shoulder blouse with a sultry cut-out design and a plunging neckline, adorned with shimmering metallic embellishments.

Shanya Kapoor walked the ramp for Ritika Mirchandani in a hand-embroidered, pre-draped saree in a deep charcoal hue. It featured intricate geometric beadwork and sequin embellishments, paired with a matching corset-style bralette blouse with a plunging neckline and delicate straps.

Malavika Mohanan walked for designer Anurag Gupta, wearing a white dress with fine threadwork, full sleeves, with a skirt that stayed above the knees. The hem of the skirt featured rough edges, while a white cummerbund held the ensemble together. 

Radhikka Madan turned showstopper for Mannat Jain and Sneha Ali Shetty of NIF Global. Her funky outfit featured a boxy Madras checks crop shirt paired with high-waisted, wide-legged blue pants inspired by Japanese origami styles.

Diana Penty looked easy, breezy and stylish in Verandah's navy blue, embellished magnolia maxi kaftan featuring an artistic floral and geometric print and a fluid silhouette. 

Ananya Panday modelled designer Rahul Mishra’s ‘White Gold’ creation. Woven in Chanderi silk, the outfit featured intricate threadwork in the kadhwa technique. It included a crisp white shirt with mesh dragonflies for buttons, arranged down the front, paired with a short, pleated skirt with a metallic hem, and a white jacket featuring the intricate embroidery.

Kalki Koechlin walked for Max Fashion on a minimalist, all-white ensemble featuring a sleeveless top and midi skirt. She also carried a bag full of flowers to complete the look

Siddhant Chaturvedi also walked for Maz Fashion, bringing a playful, high-fashion edge on the ramp in a crisp white jacket adorned with funky brooches.

Bollywood actress Alaya F walked for Max Fashion, channelling a peppy-retro aesthetic in a citrine crop top and low-rise blue denims.

Saiyaara star Aneet Padda turned showstopper for Pero in a comfortable floral dress featuring patch details in shades of blue and white. She layered it with a short blue jacket. 

Tamannah Bhatia brought colour and chic in a pink-and-silver lehenga by Bhumika Sharma. It was paired with a long pink dupatta draped over her arms.
