Sanjay Dutt happened to be in a jolly and cheerful mood when clicked by the photographers outside a popular salon in Bandra, Mumbai. (All pictures: Yogen Shah).
The actor had a fun time in the salon. He recorded a video of him reaching out to his fans and reassuring them that he will be better soon. In one of the videos shared on Hakim's Instagram page, Dutt can be heard saying, "Hi, this is Sanjay Dutt. Good to be back in the salon. Got a haircut. If you see this, this is a recent scar in my life, but I will beat it. I will be out of this cancer soon."
Sanjay Dutt sure looked in better health than his recent public appearance show, and the actor looked excited to be having a new haircut. He also seemed to be in good spirits as he jokingly called himself Hakim's 'guinea pig', as the hairstylist tried out his new hairstyles on Dutt.
Sanjay Dutt also revealed that he's growing his beard for KGF: Chapter 2, which features him as the antagonist Adheera. Dutt has also started dubbing for Shamshera, and he said that it's good to be back and good to be working again. Another video shared on Hakim's Insta page shows the transformation that Sanjay Dutt went through at the salon.
In August, Sanjay Dutt was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. He's currently undergoing treatment at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai. The actor has successfully completed his first session of Chemotherapy. Dutt's band of buddies and sister Priya are rallying around the star as he goes through his chemotherapy sessions at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.
Maanayata, who has been standing with her hubby like a rock has been sharing inspiring and motivational posts on her Instagram handle. Recently, she shared a picture of the actor and penned a beautiful note for him. She shared a new picture of the two of them, with words of empowerment as Sanjay Dutt continues his battle against cancer. Maanayata shared the picture, which she captioned, “And how do you survive what you have been given to bear. You keep putting one foot in front of the other and you keep walking....walking together in life (sic)". Along with the caption, she added a couple of heart emojis.
Before this, the star wife had shared a picture of the actor and penned a beautiful note on how to 'never quit'.
