Beyonce shows off her new blonde hair as she leaves her hotel and heads to perform at the White House's second State Dinner in Washington, D C President Obama is hosting the dinner for the President of Mexico, Felipe Calderon.
Mexican guitar duo Rodrigo y Gabriela also performed at the event. Eva Longoria, Whoopi Goldberg and George Lopez were in attendance for the evening's festivities.
