David Wohl, who's practiced criminal defense law for 25 years and has offices in Orange County, wants to join New York attorney Mark Heller when the 26-year-old actress' case is called on March 18, TMZ.com reported.

Wohl, who has handled cases ranging from shoplifting to murder, was found by Lindsay's father Michael, and is in daily contact with Heller.
But Lindsay hasn't given Wohl her approval to represent her in the court case.u00a0
