The 25-year-old's elegant, fashion-forward red carpet dresses (and her adorable, trend setting pixie hair cut) earned her the top honour, beating fellow Brits Victoria Beckham, Stella McCartney, Kate Moss and UK-dwelling Gwyneth Paltrow. The title may come as a surprise to the Oscar-nominated actress, who has admitted to reporters, "I don't really care that much about fashion, I just have a brilliant stylist who dresses me." Mulligan, who recently called it quits with Shia LaBeouf, is currently filming Drive in Los Angeles.
