The couple already has three children with Scott - Mason, Penelope and Reign.
An Insider said: "Kourtney has always wanted four kids, but has been adamant about not wanting multiple baby daddies."
Rumours of her pregnancy were fuelled when she was snapped by the ocean with her kids and a group of friends over the weekend - instead of a bikini, she slipped into a black one-piece.
