The 44-year-old rapper wrote that the couple decided to turn vegan when a good friend and vegan challenged him to embrace a ‘plant-based breakfast' every day, the Washington Post reported.

Meanwhile, it is being speculated that health-food enthusiast and actress Gwyneth Paltrow is the "good friend" who challenged Jay-Z.
