Kim Kardashian's already ample boobs have reportedly increased to a shocking G cup after being pregnant with her first child, North West, who she delivered five weeks prematurely.


According to a gossip site, the new mum, who is rumored to be tying the knot with beau Kanye West in September, loves breastfeeding her new baby girl, the Sun reported.
