"High School Musical" star Vanessa Hudgens is still scarred from her nude photograph scandal but says the incident has made her stronger.

The 21-year-old's image took a beating when two sets of pictures of her posing provocatively for boyfriend co-star Zac Efron first appeared online in 2007 and later in 2009, reports thesun.co.uk.

"I think it has made me stronger. But it still hurts. It hurts because the photos were supposed to be private," said Hudgens. She issued a public apology following the incident.
