New York: Rihanna has won a key point in her legal war over a 6.9 million dollars Beverly Hills mansion.

The 25-year-old Barbadian recording artist has sued the seller for 8.5 million dollars as her custom-fitted sound system and designer clothes were ruined as the mansion leaked, the New York Post reported.
Sources revealed that the âUnfaithful' singer never got to move in, but she started modifying the mansion and built a custom closet and fitted in a state-of-the-art audio, but the water ruined it.
The seller has admitted that he had informed brokers Prudential California Realty of problems with the home, but they failed to notify her before she bought it in 2009.
Rihanna has also claimed that she was duped because "the actual value of the property at the time of purchase, taking into consideration the extensive construction defects was millions of dollars less" than the price she paid for it.
