The "Girlfriend" singer fell for Kroeger last summer when he was helping her record her fifth studio album. The couple is getting married this year.

"I feel most beautiful when I'm around Chad. He makes me feel so beautiful, and I'm not one who really dresses up that much," femalefirst.co.uk quoted Lavigne as saying.
"I'm usually in the studio in regular, comfy clothes. I wear some pretty out-there designs. He likes my style - he thinks I'm cute," she added.
The 28-year-old pop star is known for her punk look, but she insists she is getting mature in her sense of style. She admits her evolving wardrobe also influenced her choice of wedding dress.
"My style has evolved so much in the past few years. I started more tomboy-ish, but now I am more comfortable being girly and wearing colour. I am comfortable in my own skin and with who I am," she said.
Lavigne has already picked her wedding gown, but she wants to keep the details under wraps so that she can surprise Chad.u00a0
