The 33-year-old, who got the piercing last summer, but only recent showed it off, said it did not hurt at first, but she felt discomfort soon after. "I couldn't eat, couldn't drink for two weeks, it was a great diet in a weird way," she said. Though Barrymore loves her tongue accessory, she fears it scares men away.
"I got it and then I've been single ever since... I did it for myself. I always wanted to get one," she said.
