No one can resist the fluffy idlis and crunchy dosas at Bengaluru's Rameshwaram Cafe, not even Jaime Lannister! On Saturday, a woman named Shakira tweeted a video from the cafe, showing her followers how she met Game of Thrones star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.

Shakira, an 'engineer-turned-content developer,' explained in her video that she was simply shooting herself at the cafe when she noticed Nikolaj in the background, eating idlis and dosas. She approached him for a selfie, and he agreed. The actor was seen hanging out with other tourists while wearing a plain black shirt and a black cap.

In her social media post, Shakira wrote, "So I was at @therameshwaramcafe, Bengaluru when I was randomly filming myself and just found @nikolajwilliamcw aka Jaime Lannister from @gameofthrones standing just behind me, it was a star-struck moment." Her followers couldn't hold back on asking her where did she meet the Game Of Thrones actor.

When Nikolaj had a candid chat with Prajakta Koli in New York

Last November, Indian actor Prajakta Koli met Nikolaj in New York. They discussed the environment in a video she released. While speaking, Nikolaj stated, "If someone is wondering why there is a continual helicopter, it is simply that this helicopter has been following you for three days. You're this famous, it's insane." She joked, "Between the two of us, it's me. I'm that renowned that this chopper continues following me everywhere I go...It's not easy to be this renowned. International actor in one of the most successful programs ever."

Nikolaj rose to prominence as one of the most recognisable characters on the hit HBO series Game of Thrones. It aired for eight seasons, from 2011 to 2019. He portrayed Jaime Lannister on the program, one of three Lannister siblings alongside Lena Headey and Peter Dinklage.

Nikolaj will appear next in another historical epic series, King and Conqueror, which will premiere on the BBC. The trailer was released online yesterday, July 25. He can also be seen with Jennifer Garner in The Last Thing He Told Me.
