Nick Cannon tending to wife Mariah Carey following injury

Cannon revealed at a Snapple event that Carey has been propped up as the doctors have advised her to rest and relax, so he has been helping her as much as he can to hasten her recovery, the New York Post reported.

He added that he is trying to be the best supportive husband he can be as Carey can only use her left hand.
