Nicole Richie's probation stemming from a 2006 DUI was terminated early on Wednesday morning, TMZ reports.
The clothing designer and Priceless author -- who wed Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden Dec. 12 in Beverly Hills -- was arrested in December 2006 after she was pulled over for driving on the wrong side of the highway.

She later admitted to using marijuana and Vicodin before getting behind the wheel. She was sentenced to four days in jail, though Richie spent a mere 82 minutes behind bars before she was released and put on probation.
