Lipa had once revealed that said she first met Turner at The River Cafe in London. She was having dinner with her father. He was out with his friends. The restaurant’s co-founder, Ruthie Rogers, introduced them. 

The couple's relationship first came into the spotlight in January 2024. At the time, Page Six revealed that Lipa and Turner were spotted dancing together at the afterparty for Turner's 'Masters of Air' premiere.

They attended the British Vogue and Tiffany & Co. BAFTA afterparty together in February 2024.

While they remained tight lipped about their romance, their frequent PDA, holidays,  and public appearances caught attention.

On May 5, 2025, Lipa and Turner made their official red carpet debut at the Met Gala in New York. It was the first time they had walked a major red carpet together.

On Christmas Day 2024, she posted photos on Instagram that showed what appeared to be a diamond ring on her ring finger.

On June 12, 2025, Lipa sat down with British Vogue and put the speculation to rest. “Yeah, we’re engaged,” she said. “It’s very exciting.” 

In August 2025, Lipa spoke to Harper’s Bazaar UK about the relationship. She said she was “happier than ever” and acknowledged how hard it had been to keep something so personal private.

On 31st May, the couple said 'I Do' in an intimate London wedding. The couple was joined by a small group of loved ones.

The singer wore a suit dress by Schiaparelli couture that was designed by Daniel Roseberry. She paired the attire with matching gloves and Christian Louboutin shoes, as well as an oversized white hat by Stephen Jones.

The singer walked hand in hand with Turner, who wore a navy suit and tie.

According to reports obtained by Page Six, the couple is also planning a second wedding celebration at the Villa Igiea in Palermo, Italy.

Lipa was previously romantically linked to French film director Romain Gavras, while Turner was dating The Crown star Vanessa Kirby.
