Jayaprada, Bharati, Jaimala, Jayanti and Urvashi, who had worked with Dr Rajkumar make a special appearance with Puneeth, in the song Yeppathelu Bettadinda Singalanuru Raja Banda. "My mother and my brothers were on the sets during the filming of this song. My mom said it took her back to the good old days of Kannada cinema.

Everyone had something special to say about Appaji," says Puneeth. "I cannot get over the fact that I have danced with these leading ladies who ruled everyone's hearts," he adds.
