Sonakshi Sinha is elated that her Tamil film debut 'Lingaa' opposite superstar Rajinikanth is doing well at the box-office.

The 27-year-old actress is playing a village belle Bharathi in the K S Ravikumar directed film, which hit theatres last week.
"So happy to see #Lingaa doing so well! And thank you all for the amazing response to my work! Couldn't be happier," she posted on Twitter.
Despite getting panned by reviewers, the film beat the box-office earnings of another Sonakshi-starrer 'Action Jackson', which released on December 5, in first three days.
