USA and Israel launched a daylight strike on Iran on Saturday (February 28, 2026). The incident has shaken the region, with celebs and politicians coming forward and praying for peace across the world. Amid rising tensions, Vishnu Manchu shared a deeply personal moment from Dubai that left him shaken. The actor revealed that missiles were visible in the night sky and loud interceptions rattled their home, frightening his little daughter, Ayra.
The actor took to his Twitter account and shared a disturbing video of his daughter getting scared as missiles were visible in the sky. In the caption, he wrote, "In Dubai visiting family tonight. Missiles visible in the sky. The loud interceptions shook our home and frightened little Ayra. Praying for peace. No child anywhere should grow up hearing the sound of war above their roof. Grateful to the UAE defense forces for keeping civilians safe. Moments like this remind us how fragile life really is. Praying for strength and peace. Har Har Mahadev."
Apart from him, Bigg Boss 19 fame Amaal Mallik has also reacted to the crisis. He wrote, "World War 3 gets crazier. UAE under attack. Friends & family, praying for your well-being and safety. All of this happening in the holy month of Ramadan. Sad & shameful!!!"
The US and Israel launched a major attack on Iran on Saturday, with the first strike reported near the offices of the Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei. In a video posted on social media, US President Donald Trump called on the Iranian public to "seize control of your destiny" and rise against the Islamic leadership that has ruled the nation since 1979.
Iran responded, as it had been threatening to do for months, first launching a wave of missiles and drones targeting Israel. It followed with strikes targeting US military installations in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar. The UAE and Iraq have shut down their airspace amid the fresh round of conflict in the Middle East.
The coordinated attacks by the United States and Israel on Iran have sharply increased tensions in the Middle East. The developments have raised concerns about a wider regional conflict.
