The Clinton Cerejo Band will unveil its latest single Lafzon ka kafila during a forthcoming Power of Words-themed episode of TED Talks India: Nayi Soch. Popular student-turned-activist Gurmehar Kaur, who has been popular for her debates on equality in Delhi University and came into the spotlight following her comments on the ABVP and how war killed her father and not Pakistan, will be one of the speakers on the show. She will be speaking on 'You Have A Super Power - Your Words'. Apart from her, the episode will have names like writer Javed Akhtar and life skills educator Deepak Ramola, who will join the show's host superstar Shah Rukh Khan on the episode.

Talking about the song, Clinton said in a statement: "It is reflective of the power of words. I used a pop melody and combined it with a folk flavour because the lyrics written by Siddhant Kaushal seemed to suggest an organic and heartfelt vibe. "'Lafzon ka kafila' speaks metaphorically of the 'Caravan of words' and the many forms it takes on its journey through the history of man," he said.

Bianca Gomes said: "You can use your words to heal or hurt, to bring people together or tear them apart, the choice is yours. We intend to spread this message through the song and 'TED Talks India' is the best platform to reach and inspire the youth of today." Sudeep Jaipurwale, who comes from a family of classical singers, said: "Feelings and emotions are expressed through words. Words were there since the beginning and it will be forever. "The song is a beautiful composition with new age modern sound like Bollywood music along with some 'sargam' and classical 'alaap' that I love singing."
