JioHotstar and Colors today unveiled the official trailer of Bigg Boss Hindi Season 20, with Salman Khan introducing "Extra Jeevan Daan", a never-before-seen twist that promises to transform the way the game is played. Bigger risks, bolder moves and higher stakes await as the landmark season gears up for its grand premiere.
The trailer opens with an intense battle between two warriors before Salman Khan makes a powerful entry, bringing the duel to an unexpected halt. Declaring, "Bigg Boss mein milega, meri jaan... Extra Jeevan Daan," followed by his signature "Tathas-two", Salman unveils the season's defining theme, hinting at a game where every decision carries greater significance and every contestant will be challenged to play like never before. While the contestants may have an additional opportunity, how and when it comes into play remains one of the season's biggest mysteries. One thing, however, is certain: safe khelne ka no-no chance.
Speaking about the new theme, Salman Khan said, "Bigg Boss mein har saal game badalta hai. Is baar sirf game nahi, khelne ka tareeka bhi badalne wala hai. âJeevan Daan' sunne mein jitna seedha lagta hai, utna hai nahi. Baaki, ghar ke andar pata chal hi jaayega."
A few days back, the teaser of the show was unveiled, and it teased, "What happened in Karan Arjun will happen again in Bigg Boss."
Bigg Boss 20 is scheduled to premiere on September 6, Bigg Boss is backed by Endemol. As per an update in The Indian Express, Mahhi Vij, Geeta Basra, Jannat Zubair, Mr Faisu, Sunil Pal, Maxternn, Dushyant Kukreja, Bhavya Singh and several other celebrities have reportedly been approached for the new season. The show will stream on JioHotstar at 9 pm and air on Colors TV at 10:30 pm, Monday to Sunday.
JioStar has announced six regional editions of Bigg Boss, with former India captain Sourav Ganguly set to host the Bengali version. His association with the franchise has already generated excitement among fans, who are eager to see him in a completely new avatar. With six editions lined up, the reality franchise is set for one of its biggest expansions yet, promising more drama, entertainment and regional flavour.
