Rubina Dilaik is all set to return to Khatron Ke Khiladi, and this time, she says the experience feels far more personal and transformative. Hosted by Rohit Shetty, the upcoming season of the stunt-based reality show promises adrenaline-pumping challenges, dangerous tasks and intense competition. Among the contestants making a comeback is Rubina, who was previously seen in season 12 and emerged as one of the strongest participants, eventually finishing in fifth place.
However, Rubina believes she is stepping into the show with a completely different mindset now, especially after embracing motherhood. The actress, who recently became a mother to twin daughters, shared that this new phase of life has changed her perspective on fear, courage and ambition.
Speaking about her return, Rubina said, "Coming back to Khatron Ke Khiladi feels very different this time. Motherhood has a way of empowering you that nothing else can it's the gift of creation, and it changes you from the inside out."
The actress explained that spending time with her daughters helped her rediscover a more instinctive and fearless side of herself. According to Rubina, children naturally possess courage without overthinking consequences, and being around them helped her break emotional walls she had unknowingly built over the years.
"Spending time with my daughters has helped me unlearn so many fears and walls I'd built over the years and reminded me of the most natural kind of bravery the kind children have without even realising it," she shared.
Rubina also revealed that motherhood has not reduced her ambitions. Instead, she now feels more motivated than ever because she wants to build a meaningful future for her children. Calling it a "lioness energy," the actress said becoming a mother has given her a deeper sense of purpose and resilience.
"This phase of life hasn't taken away from my ambition; if anything, it's given it new meaning. I now have two little humans to be ambitious for," she said. The actress further added, "There's a real lioness energy that comes with being a mother; it pushes trivial fears aside and replaces them with the courage to build something meaningful."
Before heading for the demanding shoot schedule, Rubina spent quality time with her daughters during a relaxing vacation in the Maldives. The actress shared that the trip allowed her to fully enjoy motherhood and emotionally prepare herself before taking on the physically and mentally challenging journey ahead.
"My second stint on Khatron Ke Khiladi is about letting motherhood shape me in a new way. I'm stepping into this chapter with more purpose, more courage, and a deeper strength," Rubina concluded.
