Prince Narula has requested fans to stop creating romantic edits of him with his former Splitsvilla 8 connection, Karishma Talwar. The reality TV star reminded fans that he is happily married and has a daughter, whom he does not want exposed to such content in the future. He also clarified that Karishma was only his connection on the show, not his ex.
A clip from the latest episode of Roadies Rebirth, featuring Prince Narula's former Splitsvilla connection, Karishma Talwar, has prompted social media users to create edits of the two. Addressing the trend, Prince made a humble request to fans, urging, "Guys, it's a humble request. You guys wanna make edits about me, it's cool, but please remember that I have a wife and daughter."
He added, "I'm a happily married man, and I don't want my daughter to grow up and watch these meaningless edits. I've had a beautiful journey in the world of reality TV. The audience of Splitsvilla is well aware that she was simply a 'connection' in the villa, not an ex, as is being shown."
Karishma Talwar is back in the spotlight following her reported appearance on Roadies Rebirth, bringing back memories of her journey on MTV Splitsvilla 8 with Prince Narula. They were contestants on MTV Splitsvilla 8, which aired in 2015 and was hosted by Sunny Leone and Rannvijay Singha. Karishma then brings up their past connection and jokingly accuses Prince of ditching her. "And then he ditched me and dumped me because he thought I had sold him for Rs 599," she says.
Reacting to her remark, Prince tries to make a quick exit from the conversation, saying, "Guys, I'm only here for this interview. I'll come back for the next interview!" His response adds to the light-hearted exchange.
However, Prince's winning partner was Anuki Tchokhonelidze, not Karishma. Karishma's journey in the season is also associated with contestant Zaan Khan. Prince went on to strengthen his reputation as a reality TV star by winning Bigg Boss 9 after Roadies X2 and Splitsvilla 8.
He was last seen participating in The 50. He hints that it may be his last reality show as a contestant.
