Smriti Irani and Sharad Kelkar
Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi set the precedent for all future saas-bahu shows, and the trend continues. Ever since news of its reboot with the original cast came out, the audience has waited with bated breath to see Smriti Irani as Tulsi back on the tube opposite Amar Upadhyay, the original Mihir. The show, which was originally set to release on July 3, finally went on floors on July 4 due to production delays. Irani's new look, in the iconic Gujarati-style saree, has been revealed. In a statement, she says, "Returning to Kyunki... is a return to a story that redefined Indian television and reshaped my own life. It gave me more than commercial success - it gave me a connection with millions of homes. Today, I stand at a crossroads where experience meets emotion, and creativity meets conviction."
Raj & DK's iconic show The Family Man will soon return with its third instalment. While the espionage thriller continues, one story thread remains unresolved - the track involving Arvind (Sharad Kelkar) and Suchitra Tiwari (played by Priyamani). Something happened in Lonavala, but viewers still don't know what. Surprisingly, even Kelkar has no idea. When asked about it, he says, "I am not part of The Family Man 3. All I know is the story this time takes them all to the North East, and she maybe goes with him. It's a beautiful show, and I am sure they've written an outstanding third season."
