Following the announcement of The Chainsmokers as its first headliner, Sunburn Festival 2026 will see the return of global electronic music icon Sebastian Ingrosso to India as its second headliner.
More than a decade after he last performed in the country with Swedish House Mafia as part of their legendary âOne Last Tour' at Sunburn Arena, he will take over Mumbai's iconic Mahalaxmi Racecourse on December 18 and 19.
For Indian dance music fans, Ingrosso's return is a full-circle moment. From âReload' and âCalling (Lose My Mind)' to âMore Than You Know' and âSun Is Shining', his music has soundtracked a generation of clubs, festivals and unforgettable nights, while his work with Swedish House Mafia on global anthems such as âDon't You Worry Child' and âSave the World' cemented his place in India's electronic music culture.
Ingrosso returns to an Indian dance music landscape that has evolved from a niche community into a thriving youth culture, with fans travelling across cities and borders to experience the world's biggest artists and festivals. Ingrosso helped take electronic music from clubs to the world's biggest stages, shaping the sound of a generation and leaving an enduring mark on global festival culture.
Tickets for Sunburn Festival 2026 are live on BookMyShow, India's leading entertainment destination.
Commenting on the announcement, Karan Singh, CEO, Sunburn, said, "Sebastian Ingrosso has been an influential force in electronic music and has built a deep connection with generations of dance music fans in India. His return to Sunburn marks the homecoming of an artist who has played a defining role in the evolution of global electronic music and whose association with Swedish House Mafia has made him a particularly significant name for Indian audiences.
