Former England all-rounder Andrew Flintoff (aka Freddie) wears many hats - in his non-cricketing life too. In the first episode of his podcast (42-minute run time), he chats with his friend Clyde Holcroft, a reputed writer and a creative director, about everything from English cricket to Apple's hardware repair tools.

There are also fun anecdotes from Flintoff's heydays. "During an India tour, I went for a shower during the break, I came back and got Rahul Dravid out," he recalls.

He also speaks about the confrontation with Yuvraj Singh (in the first edition of ICC World Twenty20 in 2007). "I am not proud of the things I told him. He hit six sixes in the next over off Stuart Broad," he adds. Flintoff also drops some honest advice, like how to hide a double chin in photographs.
