The music festival season is underway and is going to be quite a lot of fun as some of the biggest global and Indian stars who will light up the stage with their music performances. While Ziro Music Festival started the season earlier this year, Enrique Iglesias returned to Mumbai, and it was nothing like before, as he performed some of his biggest hits. While this weekend sees Shillong's Cherry Blossom Festival in Shillong, there is a lot happening in Mumbai before Travis Sccott performs later this month.
While the buzz around Akon is evident, even Himesh Reshammiya will perform this weekend, and here's all you need to know about the music performances this weekend.
Himesh Reshammiya Live
After witnessing him live earlier this year in Mumbai, Indians and city-dwellers have another chance to watch the Indian singer, known for his signature voice, this weekend at the Myntra presents GlamStream Fest 2025. Headlining the fest is Himesh Reshammiya, he will be performing at one of Indian lifestyle and music festivals where fashion, beauty, music, and pop culture come together under the lights of one spectacular stage. Shalmali Kholgade, Kushagra Thakur, Pragati Nagpal, Tanishq Singh, and Arjun Tanwar will share the stage with him.

Akon performs in Mumbai
While Reshammiya lights up BKC, Akon returns to India after a year to perform at NESCO. The last time he was here, Akon performed in Shillong but has now returned for a three-city tour starting with Delhi, where he performed last weekend, followed by Mumbai this weekend, before he concludes his tour in Bengaluru. Expect him to sing some of his biggest hits including âLonely', âSmack That' and even âChamak Challo' among others.

Next week, Travis Scott will perform in Mumbai on Wednesday, November 19, followed by Passenger on Friday, November 21, and Afrojack on Friday, November 28. There is a lot more happening in December as Sunburn moves to Mumbai for the first time in 17 years this year.
