The first evening started with Soumik Datta’s Travellers who mesmerised with an immersive blend of sarod, ambient textures, and spoken word
It continued with a high-energy performance by Vasu Dixit Collective, known for their electronic-folk sound, rooted in Kannada and Hindi traditions. Led by singer-composer and filmmaker Vasu Dixit, the ensemble brought contemporary reinterpretations of works by saint-poets such as Basavanna and Kabir to life, through spirited, genre- blending arrangements that resonated strongly with the audience
The second day saw Parvaaz take it a step further with their signature progressive and psychedelic rock, followed by the introspective yet genre-defying Raman Negi.
After Parvaaz, Yugm, whose folk-fusion narratives bridged tradition and modernity, only went a step further to take the evening to a whole new level beyond literature
If Parvaaz and the others took over the second day, the festival culminated with a grand finale featuring Thaikkudam Bridge, the acclaimed 15-member ensemble renowned for their large-format, cross-genre performances and worldwide touring experience, alongside Gauley Bhai, a dynamic quartet blending Nepali folk, blues, rock, and hip hop with a strong community ethos
