After Charlotte Tilbury, Nykaa opens new store in New Delhi

Indian beauty and lifestyle company Nykaa has opened its largest store in the country in New Delhi.

The 5,500 sq. ft. store called Nykaa Luxe is situated at Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj. Designed as an immersive "beauty playground", the new store marks a significant step in the brand's investment in premium beauty retail, at a time when India's beauty and personal care market is entering a period of significant expansion.

According to Redseer, India's BPC market was valued at approximately USD 23 billion in FY25 and could reach USD 40 billion by 2030. As the category grows, the Indian beauty consumer is also becoming more informed and discerning, with discovery increasingly spanning premium and prestige products across makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance and wellness.

Uniqueness of new store

At the heart of the store are over 10 dedicated shop-in-shops from leading luxury and prestige brands, including Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Charlotte Tilbury, M.A.C, Laneige, Kiehl's, Estée Lauder, Clinique, Kay Beauty, Nykaa Cosmetics and Lancôme.

The new store further also has 'The Beauty Studio', which will aim to offer makeovers and skin consultations led by expert beauty advisors, while 'Consultation Hubs' area enable guided product discovery and hands-on experimentation. Personalised services including gifting and engraving add another layer to the experience, while a dedicated 'Fragrance Finder' will help consumers navigate the fragrance category and discover scents suited to their preferences.

The makeup range features sought-after brands including Rare Beauty, Huda Beauty, Kylie Cosmetics, Benefit Cosmetics, Anastasia Beverly Hills, e.l.f. Cosmetics, NARS, Urban Decay, Milk Makeup, NYX Professional Makeup, Bobbi Brown and Too Faced.

Amid the rise of Asian skincare routines in the country, the store also brings together an expansive Japanese and Korean beauty edit featuring Laneige, SK-II, Sulwhasoo, Anua, Celimax, Numbuzin, Tonymoly, Beauty of Joseon, The Face Shop, Biodance and Innisfree.

The derma-focused assortment includes La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Eucerin, ISDIN and Aestura, alongside global skincare names such as Dermalogica, Murad, Pixi, The Ordinary, Clarins, Shiseido and Kama Ayurveda.

The hair and styling edit features Kérastase, Redken, L'Oréal Professionnel, Olaplex, Dyson, Good Hair Day, indē wild, OUAI and Aveda, while the fragrance offering includes Tom Ford, Jo Malone London, Carolina Herrera, Paco Rabanne, Bvlgari, Prada, Versace, Armani, Jean Paul Gaultier, Maison Margiela and Sol de Janeiro.

The new store's opening comes after the company opened Charlotte Tilbury's first flagship store Beauty Wonderland in India at Nexus Select Citywalk, followed by a second Charlotte Tilbury boutique at Mall of India in Noida.
