I've been in a relationship with my boyfriend for the past three years. Things were going fine till about a month ago, when I met this dude at a party. I was instantly attracted to him. He swept me off my feet. I have been spending a lot of time with this new guy in my life. I find him extremely charming and witty. I now feel he is the one for me. My boyfriend is unaware of what is going on. At the same time, I love my boyfriend, but I seem to be obsessed with my fantasies for this new guy on the scene. I keep thinking about him all the time. Should I just move on with this new guy or stick around with my boyfriend? I really do not know what to do? Sometimes I feel that I should split with my boyfriend. At other times, I feel I am cheating on my guy as he really dotes on me.

First, you need to clear your cluttered mind. Are you in love with this new guy or is it just a passing fancy? This man has cast a spell on you with his charm and wit. You are getting tempted and you are letting yourself go. Your boyfriend has no clue that you are starting to develop feelings for someone else. But you need to tell him pronto, especially if you have plans to move on. If not, you need to distance yourself from this other man. Why are you letting him ruin what you have with your boyfriend for the last three years? You need to sit down and think where you see a future. Do you see yourself with your boyfriend? Or this new guy? Perhaps it is only a physical attraction for this other guy, but this will not last long. He might make you feel special now, but will he stay committed to you? From the looks of it, he appears to be a smooth operator and might just sweet talk another woman he fancies.
