Members of this American band painted their faces like comic book characters. But once the make-up came off, it was a session of far more adult jamming. Bassist and lead vocalist Gene Simmons would continue with his on-stage tongue-wagging act, earning him the title of "sex addict". Simmons has also had his share of legal drama. In 2005, former girlfriend Georgeann Walsh Ward sued him. "Sex is the only way to survive in the Rock world," Simmons once famously remarked. Guess he's now had to put his money where his mouth was.

The women that made it to Axl's arms and bed include "Sweet Child o' Mine's" Erin Everly, whom he tied the knot with in 1990 after threatening to kill himself if she didn't agree to marry him, and Victoria's Secret model Stephanie Seymour who featured in the music video of November Rain.

With lips like his, it might come as no surprise that Areromsith's lead singer Steve Tyler is a sex god. Another band member infamous for his prowess in bed is guitarist Joe Terry. Rumour has it that both Stevie and Joe once had a menage trois with a blonde.
