Actor Payal Rohatgi believes that looking good gives you immense confidence.
"And who doesn't love compliments," chirps the lady. A foodie, Payal is particular about her workouts, and loves to indulge in some kickboxing as well.
Workout regime
I alternate between cardio and personal training. Cardio is very important as it increases your heart rate and thus your metabolism. My personal trainer is extremely strict and puts me through rigorous functional training and weights workout. I also practise yoga, which does wonders to my body. It exercises every muscle.
The magic of moderation
While I don't diet per se, I eat at regular intervals. I start my mornings with a cup of tea and biscuits. In summers, I consume a lot of fresh fruits to keep my system clean. I do have cravings for high calorie stuff like chocolates, cheese and mithai. So, I eat them in small quantities. I don't believe in depriving my body as I feel that our body needs everything in moderation.
Staying stress-free
My biggest stressbuster is my family. Whenever I feel a little low, I just call home and have a long chat with my family members. They make me smile.
