'This guy I befriended in the park wanted to kiss me'

A fortnight back we started talking and have been spending a lot of time together - either at the park or on the phone. The other day, he asked if he could kiss me on my lips. I thought he was kidding so I laughed but he was serious and wanted me to kiss him too! This was the way I could express my love for him! I refused and now he isn't talking to me and ignoring me whenever we cross paths in the park. What went wrong?

Dear Krushna,
Avoid him and let him jog his frustrations away. You barely know this guy for days and he already demands a liplock from you! Looks like he has watched too many of Emraan Hashmi's flicks where within minutes of meeting the heroine he is indulging in a smooch fest. This guy is obviously weird and befriended you for his ulterior motives. It's better for you that you don't cross his path. I am glad that he showed his true colours within a few days. He is obviously a frustrated dude. Next time before you befriend someone, be sure. You are still young so it is better to be safe than sorry.u00a0
