Friction Bombay, a counter-cultural platform and creative space is hosting Mutual Interference, a recurring series of listening sessions pairing contrasting albums and ideas to spark dialogue and reflection, till May 30. The sessions include workshops, screenings and listening sessions that examine music culture, technology and politics.

The programme invites audiences to rethink streaming culture, community-building and collective listening. "Having albums played back-to-back that fight philosophically or musically is very much in line with Friction," says curator Abhi Meer. "What we are doing here is elemental and focused on people coming together," he adds.

The Last Music Store: This documentary revisits Mumbai's iconic Rhythm House, and its lasting influence on the city's music culture.
