A man has been sentenced to seven years imprisonment by a local court for raping a minor
Bhadohi (UP): A man has been sentenced to seven years imprisonment by a local court for raping a minor.
Shah Alam alias Veeru, a vegetable vendor, was accused of raping a 13-year-old girl in Kotwali area in August 2011, according to prosecution. Additional district judge Sanjay Pandey held Alam guilty yesterday.
The judge also imposed a penalty of Rs 10,000 on him.
