The Parksite police booked him under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, as the survivor was 17 when she was raped for the first time. The accused, who is a driver, got married around three years ago.
The minor was living with him and his wife. "The accused had filmed sexual acts with his wife on a phone. He showed the video to the survivor and threatened to upload it online if she did not do as he says. He then allegedly raped the girl and without her knowledge, also recorded a video of the act," said a police officer.

This happened multiple times and the accused would give the girl contraceptive pills. "Frustrated with the harassment and torture, the sisters finally decided to approach the police, as he would often assault them. On Thursday, the two lodged the complaint with the Parksite police" said an officer.
