Failing to appear on the said date by the Bhojpur city court of Bihar, Shiv Sena supremo, Bal Thackeray, will soon receive a non-bailable warrant on September 4. The warrant was issued in connection with the article published in a Hindi daily in Bihar which had a reference to an article which had appeared in the Shiv Sena mouthpiece Saamna.

"1Bihari, 100 Bimari" which was published in the newspaper on March 6 2008, was what brought the matter into court.

Petitioner Rajesh Kumar Singh, an advocate at the city court of Bhojpur, said, "I was hurt reading the article published on the front page. I discussed the matter with my close friends and filed a petition in court."

Saamna editor Sanjay Raut only said, "We have not yet received the warrant, without which we cannot say anything."
