The Tairsee Bhatia Baug, popularly known just as Bhatia Baug, opposite McDonald’s restaurant at Fort, opened last morning (Sunday), giving SoBo residents their hurrah moment after 15 years

On March 12, mid-day had reported how bureaucratic tussles had rendered the Baug out of bounds to the public. Now, though, Fort area locals will no longer be denied; they got their green gift, restored by the BMC at a cost of Rs 1.75 crore.
