The video shows a man, presumably a casual labourer, doing some maintenance work on the sixth floor parapet of the Mantralaya building without any safety gear, putting his life at great risk.
And what is more shocking is that the entire incident took place at the Maharashtra state secretariat, which is the administrative headquarters of the state government.
