Central Railway train update: Check cancelled, diverted and short-terminated trains

Central Railway has issued a fresh travel advisory as landslides triggered by heavy rains continue to disrupt services in the Lonavala-Karjat ghat section. Several trains have been cancelled, diverted, short-terminated and short-originated

Central Railway (CR) on Thursday issued a fresh operational update as train services continue to remain affected due to multiple landslides in the Lonavala-Karjat ghat section amid heavy rains that lashed parts of Maharashtra in the last few days.

Central Railway, while issuing an official update, highlighted the rescheduling, cancellations, diversions and short terminations. Railway officials said that the disruptions are necessary to ensure passenger safety while repair work is carried out on the damaged section.

CR has also advised the travellers to check the latest train status before leaving for the station, as further changes may be made depending on weather conditions and restoration progress.

As per the latest advisory issued by the Central Railway:

Cancelled train

Short-terminated trains

Short-originated trains

Diverted trains

As per the Central Railway, the following trains have been diverted via alternate routes, including Daund Chord Line, Manmad, Igatpuri, Kalyan, Jalgaon, Paldhi and Surat, depending on their destination:
