Central Railway (CR) on Thursday issued a fresh operational update as train services continue to remain affected due to multiple landslides in the Lonavala-Karjat ghat section amid heavy rains that lashed parts of Maharashtra in the last few days.
Central Railway, while issuing an official update, highlighted the rescheduling, cancellations, diversions and short terminations. Railway officials said that the disruptions are necessary to ensure passenger safety while repair work is carried out on the damaged section.
CR has also advised the travellers to check the latest train status before leaving for the station, as further changes may be made depending on weather conditions and restoration progress.

- 11088 Pune-Veraval Express (July 9)
Short-terminated trains
- 11140 Hosapete-CSMT Express (July 8) - Short terminated at Pune.
- 11030 Kolhapur-CSMT Express (July 9) - Short terminated at Khadki.
- 22731 Hyderabad-CSMT Express (July 8) - Short terminated at Khadki.
- 17614 Hazur Sahib Nanded-Panvel Express (July 8) - Short terminated at Daund; cancelled between Daund and Panvel.
- 16340 Nagercoil-LTT Express (July 8) - Short terminated at Pune.
- 11302 KSR Bengaluru-CSMT Express (July 8) - Short terminated at Pune.
Short-originated trains
- 11029 CSMT-Kolhapur Express (July 9) - from Pune.
- 11139 CSMT-Hosapete Express (July 9) - from Khadki.
- 17613 Panvel-Hazur Sahib Nanded Express (July 9) - from Daund; the train will remain terminated between Panvel and Daund
- 12701 CSMT-Hyderabad Express (July 9) - Short originated from Khadki.
- 16339 LTT-Nagercoil Express (July 9) - Short originated from Pune.
- 12115 CSMT-Solapur Express (July 9) - Short originated from Pune.
