The expo is being organised by the Builders Association of Navi Mumbai. It brings together over 300 leading developers and is one of the city's biggest real estate events.
"The theme has been finalised as "Navi Mumbai: Runway to the Future," the statement said.
It further said that the theme highlights city's rapid development and its growing importance as a major real estate hub and the expo comes at a time when Navi Mumbai is witnessing historic progress due to several major infrastructure projects.
The key developments in Navi Mumbai include:

- Navi Mumbai Metro - Expected to reach nearly 1 crore ridership within two years.
- Upgrades to Coastal Roads and Palm Beach Road - Improving ease of travel and enhancing road quality.
- Virar-Alibaug Multi-Modal Corridor - Connecting key development corridors in the MMR.
- The new commercial and technology hubs, education zones, Aero City, NAINA and Pushpak Nagar - creating jobs and modern urban living spaces.
The statement said that over 50 developers will participate in the expo, showcasing over 500 residential, commercial, township and luxury projects and the homebuyers can choose options across affordable, mid-range, and premium categories.
Dedicated zones for finance partners, loan assistance and investment advice will also be available.
"Redevelopment will be a major focus, promoting the Walk-to-Work concept to create self-sufficient neighbourhoods with better safety, social interaction and quality of life. To support it, CREDAI-BANM will host a special seminar on redevelopment for housing society members and the general public on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at the venue," the statement said, adding that visitors can also participate in a "Double Dhamaka" Lucky Draw, where two spot-booking winners will receive a car each.
The expo's Title Sponsor is E.V. Homes, while Paradise Group and Emperia Group are the Main Sponsors. Gami Group and Shreeji Venture will serve as Co-Sponsors. State Bank of India is the official Banking Partner, along with other financial institutions offering on-the-spot home loan facilities.
The 2025 Expo is led by Mahesh Patel, Convenor, along with Co-Convenors Zubin Sanghoi and Hitesh Gami, supported by the organising team. It aims to create an innovative, well-curated and world-class expo experience for homebuyers, investors and industry professionals, the official statement said.
