It seems the number of flashing incidences is on the rise in Mumbai. In yet another shocking incident, a 39-year-old man was arrested by the Marine Drive Police for following and flashing a college student in South Mumbai.

After the several Mumbai local train flashing incident, this is the third such incident of a woman being flashed in South Mumbai, as per reports by DNAindia.com. The culprit, Manoj Mohite, 39, allegedly flashed a 22-year-old college student as she was exiting the institution at around 12.30pm. The victim proceeded to ignore the man and walk away he followed her and continued to flash her. As per police reports the man flashed the victim thrice before she approached an on-duty police man and reported the matter.

The accused was immediately nabbed and a case for outraging the modesty of a woman was registered. The lady added that the accused kept staring at her and posed inappropriately. In a statement a police officer said, "We are currently investigating if the accused has flashed or molested other girls in past."

In a separate incident, a scriptwriter was molested by her neighbor on Saturday night. As per the police the victim recorded a video of the man taking off his clothes and flashing her. She then submitted the video to the police who have now launched a search operation to nab the accused. In a statement, Subhash Khanvilkar, Senior Police Inspector of Oshiwara police station, said, "We have registered a case and our probe is on."
